Everyday Sea Moss - Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (Policy) applies to the purchase of Everyday Sea Moss Pty Ltd (ABN 35 674 489 466) (we, us or our) sea moss products (Goods). For the abundance of clarity, any other products that are not defined as Goods, but are available for sale on our website (e.g. clothing, hats etc.), are not covered by this Policy. Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we may offer refunds on Goods for change of mind where we determine (at our absolute discretion) that you have purchased the products within a period of 30 days prior to the request for a refund.
Australian Consumer Law
We offer remedies in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, to the extent that it applies. The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of consumer guarantees which protect consumers when they buy goods and services. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.
